Day Trip to the Sacred Valley before Machu Picchu

The Sacred Valley is a must-stop to Machu Picchu
Opt for a chartered day trip from Cusco to Ollantaytambo
Before departure, talk to the taxi driver about the price and place. There is a whatsapp conversation. You can object in the middle of the price increase. Only hard food (so I do not recommend this is the driver found on the street in Cusco Mr. Robert)
Other than that, everything else is good, stunning, idyllic scenery along the way
The small shop is also the cheapest place I have seen in Peru and recommends buying lots of alpaca wool products.
