It has the boldness of the North and the gentleness of Jiangnan.
The parent-child travel experience is excellent, but there is one pitfall you must avoid❌

❌ Be very careful when choosing dining options inside the scenic area!
Every local place has the signature "Spicy Chicken," and we specifically chose the highly rated "Huajiadi Art Restaurant."
But the taste was so bad it made us cry, even worse than the "Shandong Linyi Spicy Chicken" we had before in Jiangsu.
It seems that Zaozhuang spicy chicken itself is top-notch, but don’t touch the ones inside the scenic area!
Also, the "Huanghua Beef Noodles" (as shown in picture 18) looks unappetizing at first glance.
If you bring kids, you really worry they won’t eat and will go hungry...
If there’s no other choice, KFC 🍟 inside the scenic area is a safe option!

✅ Tai'erzhuang is very large, a full day with kids is just right, and the night tour is definitely not to be missed!
The ancient city lights are super beautiful at night, kids will keep saying "so pretty," and photos come out great 📸

The sparks flying all over the sky captivate kids’ eyes, remember to ask the ticket office for a map 🗺️ in advance

The boatman will sing local folk songs, kids get totally fascinated~
💖 City Wall Walk: Take kids to climb the city wall and overlook the entire ancient city
You can also teach kids about the ancient city’s architecture, playing and learning at the same time is awesome!

💖 For those who love lively places, choose near Fuxing Square, convenient transportation, close to attractions
We stayed at "Moonlight in the City," which was a good experience, but a bit far from Fuxing Square
💖 For those who prefer quiet, choose "Sky City" Hotel, peaceful environment
Kids can sleep well, but the location is a bit remote~

✅ Parking tip: Enter from the East Gate for the most convenience, the parking lot next to the East Gate 🅿️ is a bit far
Find a local to guide you to park by the East Gate city wall, the fee is cheap and it’s close
No need to carry luggage far with kids, super worry-free!

✅ Must-visit spots for parent-child trips:
Yuehe Street (super fun to stroll with kids and explore creative shops), Boat-shaped Street (unique shape attracts kids)
Around Zaozhuang Taizhuang Mansion Cross-Strait Art Museum, beautiful scenery and great for photos
