Nominally, we went to Chengdu to play this time, but in fact, we spent more time in Zigong. Chengdu and Zigong are about 100 kilometers away, and you can drive there. Because it is the Spring Festival, the New Year's flavor in these two places is particularly strong, and it is lively everywhere.

For this trip, we booked a car at Feiliu Airport. Their car is really super super new, and the price is not expensive. There are too many people renting cars during the Spring Festival, and I see several groups of people picking up their cars when renting or returning cars.

Chengdu Tour

This time I went to Chengdu, I didn't visit various Internet celebrity check-in points, and it was inconvenient to take children for a while, and secondly, there were too many SKP, Taikoo Li, antique commercial streets, and snack streets in various cities, which were not enough to represent a city. In only two days, the more distinctive giant panda base + Jinsha site (that is, the continuation of the Sanxingdui site) + two performances were chosen.

Chengdu Giant Panda Breeding Research Base is a world-famous ex situ conservation base for giant pandas and various bases. Anyway, status is very important. The giant pandas here have relatively primitive living conditions. They also have a large venue. It is said that some giant pandas may be released into nature after various field training. I hope that the rolling people can be happy no matter where they are.

Tickets can be purchased online and are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Panda gets off work at 5 o'clock!! The park closes at half past five. But in fact, although it was 5 o'clock, some pandas were still wandering outside. We entered the park at 3:30 p.m., there were quite a lot of people, brushed the sun delivery room, the moon delivery room, and walked out slowly at 5:30, there were very few people! ! I also saw a lot of pandas.

After leaving the giant panda breeding base, we immediately went to see Gaiwan'er Peking Opera. When you come to Chengdu, you must experience the tea culture + face change + fire-breathing.

Strategy: The snack streets at the entrance of various scenic spots in Chengdu should have face-changing performances, and you can find a lot on the Internet, and the seats are divided into VIP, A, and B, with varying prices, and the abundance and frugality are up to people. The performances we watched included face changing, fire-breathing, hand shadow plays, top oil lamps, and tea art. In fact, if it were me, I would even think that even if I don't go to the giant panda breeding base, I have to see the face change. After all, pandas can be seen in many zoos, but changing their faces is not.

The next day, I went to the Jinsha Site Museum in Chengdu. Note, 1. There is an explanation at the south gate, be sure to ask !! The ebony forest in the park must be seen, it is more shocking. The only museum with a small zoo!! (although only deer). There are snacks in the park and lanterns during the Spring Festival. The more famous exhibits include the gold ornament of the Shang and Zhou sun god birds, the large gold masks of the Shang and Zhou dynasties, the jade pattern gold belts of the Shang and Zhou dynasties, the bronze figures of the Shang and Zhou dynasties, and the bronze dolls of the Shang and Zhou dynasties.

Ebony is also seen here. Earthquakes, floods, and debris flows bury all the plants and organisms on the ground into low-lying areas such as ancient riverbeds, and some trees buried in the silt. In the state of hypoxia and high pressure, under the action of bacteria and other microorganisms, ebony is formed through a carbonization process that lasts for tens of millions of years, so it is also called "carbonized wood".

The second stop went to Wenshu Monastery. Wenshu Monastery is the most intact Buddhist temple in Chengdu, facing north and south, and the building is typical of the ancient building style of the western Sichuan Plain, mainly wooden buildings. The temple is six-layered, and the entrance to the mountain gate is the Hall of Heavenly Kings, the Hall of the Three Great Scholars, the Hall of Great Glory, the Hall of Lectures, and the Sutra Building.

Wenshu Monastery is a Buddhist holy place integrating Zen forest relics, ancient gardens, worship and sightseeing, and religious practice. It is said that studying is more effective. The red wall at the entrance is very photogenic, so be sure to take pictures. There is also a snack street at the door. The street is also amazing. There is an incense garden next to Wenshu Monastery, where you can eat vegetarian food and drink tea. I never expected that after coming to Chengdu, I was really a fan of Wenshu Monastery.

After that, I went to see the performance "Hua Zhong Jin Guancheng". It is very suitable for outsiders to quickly understand Chengdu, this is not only a city with pandas, drinking tea, eating hot pot, Chengdu also has Bashu culture, Zhuge Liang, Li Bing's water control, silkworm farming, the Silk Road in the south, Dujiangyan, Du Fu and other cultural elements.

This should be the only performance in Chengdu that introduces Chengdu culture, near Wenshu Monastery, it is best to call and ask about the performance time + booking tickets before going. After watching the performance, it is very pleasant to visit Wenshu Monastery. On the same day, we drove directly back to Zigong.

The first stop was Zigong Fangte Dinosaur Kingdom.Zigong is known as the hometown of dinosaurs, and I would like to call it China's Jurassic Age!

I went shopping in Fangte all the way that day. The next day, I went to check in the Salt Industry History Museum + Shenhaijing + lanterns. Zigong Salt History Museum is one of the earliest professional museums in China and the only salt industry science and technology history museum in China. Formerly known as the Western Qin Guild Hall, it is equivalent to the club where the rich second generation plays now. There are many models of salt mining and salt production in the museum, which amazes people with the wisdom of the ancients!

Strategy: The scenic spot is not big, you can walk for 1-2 hours with explanations, and you can walk for half an hour by yourself. It feels like there's a clear attitude here - it's all coming, haha. After that, we went directly to Meijiang Street.
