The Tonggu Memorial Hall of the Autumn Harvest Uprising was completed and opened in August 1977. Its name was inscribed by founding father Song Renqiong. The exhibits are divided into five sections: the first section depicts fluttering military flags; the second section depicts a military parade on Shazhou Island; the third section depicts reflections on Paibu; the fourth section depicts leading troops to Jinggang Mountain; and the fifth section depicts a spark that spreads across the prairie. These vividly recreate the grand history of Comrade Mao Zedong's revolutionary activities in Tonggu during the Autumn Harvest Uprising.
