Come eat the best Thai fish sashimi near Talat Phlu.

Today we stopped by Lek Hong Khao Tom Pla restaurant at Talat Phlu for dinner. We intended to try their Thai fish sashimi because we had seen it in reviews, but we just had the chance to stop by.

The restaurant is under the bridge. There is no air conditioning and there are quite a few seats.

We ordered the Thai fish sashimi set as we intended to try. In the set, there is a hot pot with 2 soups and rice, in case we want to eat it boiled in soup or eat it as fish porridge. As for the fish, it depends on what fish they have that day. They will arrange it for you. There will be a sign with the name of the fish, so we will know what fish we will eat.

This set costs 650 baht. When the staff brought it, I was excited. I didn't think it would be this big. The fish I ate today were all white fish. There were no red fish. I really liked it. They have 3 types of dipping sauces: shoyu, seafood sauce, and soybean paste sauce. It's just as delicious as Japanese sashimi. It's a pass. The fish is fresh and doesn't smell fishy at all.
