[Yamanashi Prefecture] Natural Monument: Fugaku Wind Cave and Ice Cave 🍃❄️✨

Depending on the angle, the hole looks like a heart?

Fugaku Wind Cave is surrounded by the lush greenery of the Aokigahara Jukai forest. Inside, it is cool and refreshing even in summer, with an average temperature of 3 degrees.
Until the early Showa period, it was used as a natural refrigerator to store silkworm eggs! It is also designated as a national natural monument.

The wind cave is a 15-minute course, so it is a horizontal cave type cave that is easy for children and the elderly to walk through.
The ice cave is short, about 10 minutes, but there are steps and narrow paths, so it may be difficult for elderly people.
