If you're a fan of Chaoshan cuisine, don't miss this restaurant! They offer a variety of traditional Chaoshan signature dishes, such as the Chaoshan Gold Medal Braised Goose, the Gold Medal Braised Platter, Pan-fried Golden Croaker, and Puning Fried Dried Tofu. There's a large area at the entrance filled with ingredients, allowing you to watch the chefs prepare the dishes. We visited on a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't crowded, making for a comfortable seat. The food was served quickly, and the overall flavor was good, though I personally found it a bit greasy.
