Visiting Independence Palace in Ho Chi Minh City was a truly memorable experience. I loved seeing the mix of modernist Vietnamese architecture with traditional touches—it really gave me a sense of how the past and present coexist here.

The underground bunkers and the War Command Room stood out the most for me. Being able to see the original equipment and imagine the tense moments during the war made it very real and moving. Outside, the peaceful gardens and lotus ponds provided a nice contrast to the heavy history inside.
