We rarely eat teppanyaki in Hong Kong, but today my husband and I came to this restaurant recommended by a friend. The ingredients were very fresh, and both my husband and I were very satisfied🩷😍
🌸 Garden vegetable salad 🥗
The salad greens were fresh and crisp, and paired with the dressing, it was very fresh and appetizing😬
🌸 Mizuno chawanmushi
💟Recommended💟 The hot chawanmushi had a fresh sweetness of crab meat in every bite, along with a rich egg aroma. The texture was very smooth and tender😍 Delicious😋
🌸 Hokkaido scallops with edamame
The scallops were golden on the outside, tasting sweet and fresh with a tender texture🤭 Paired with edamame sauce, the flavors matched perfectly👅
🌸 Straw-grilled bonito with black garlic oil vinegar soy milk sauce
After searing, the bonito had a crispy exterior but the inside was tender and juicy, with delicate meat texture🤗 Served with black garlic oil vinegar soy milk sauce
🌸 Aka no Takumi teppanyaki sea tiger shrimp
💟Recommended💟 Large tiger shrimp, every bite full of meat! Crisp and springy, retaining the original fresh flavor🥰 With special sauce, especially tasty👍🏻

The pan-fried monkfish liver was quite tasty, with no fishy smell, crispy outside and soft inside😍 Paired with caramel apple, the flavors matched well and it wasn’t greasy😊
🌸 Garlic-flavored thinly sliced Wagyu beef and pork
My husband chose Wagyu beef, with evenly distributed fat🤩 The doneness was just right👍🏻 and it had a rich beef flavor! I chose pork, which I really like because it still retained the meat juices😍 The thin slices were stuffed with scallions and garlic, delicious and flavorful😋

💟Recommended💟 It smelled fragrant as soon as it was served😬 Full of wok hei🩷 Colorful and beautiful😍 The fried rice was very generous🤗 with lots of sakura shrimp, carrots, and scallions, salty and savory. The grains were distinct, with a rich layered taste😋 Excellent

The miso soup was very rich in flavor, full of ingredients, and very warming 🙂
🌸 Western-style desserts, tofu ice cream
Additionally, my husband and I also ordered 🌸 Hokkaido pumpkin sea urchin toast
💟Recommended💟 The plating was beautiful😍 The sea urchin toast was topped with gold leaf, very luxurious👏🏻👏🏻 The sea urchin was creamy and full of fresh flavor🤩 Paired with pumpkin puree and crispy toast, very satisfying👍🏻😍🤩
🎀😊 The restaurant is very comfortable, decorated mainly in Japanese wooden style! My husband and I sat at the bar counter, where we could watch the chef cook😊 Very atmospheric🩷 The staff were very friendly and introduced us to different dishes and how to eat them, highly praised👍🏻 They also told us that the current promotion offers half price for the second person on designated set meals😍🤩 or the third person eats free🆓 Very good value, next time we’ll bring more friends to eat together👍🏻😬
