The Qu Deng Ni Ma Glacier is at an altitude of 5200m, a 3-hour hike, just to catch a glimpse of the end of the world

The Qu Deng Ni Ma Glacier has been rated by China National Geographic as 'The Glacier at the End of the World', with an altitude of 5200m, at least 3 hours round trip. PS The ice lake looks very close, but it is actually very far away. We walked for half an hour without seeing the end, and the sun was about to set, so we went back.

1️⃣ You will probably have to climb 2-3 peaks, depending on the route you choose.

2️⃣ The closer you get to the top, the stronger the wind, and it feels like you can't stand still. My clothing index: thermal base layer➕thin down jacket➕fleece-lined storm jacket➕thick down jacket, lower body 800g cotton pants➕fleece-lined wide-leg pants.
3️⃣ High-altitude hiking is different from plain hiking, don't rush, walk slowly, rest immediately when you feel a bit tired or panting, don't push yourself, bring convenient oxygen.
4️⃣ The ice surface is very slippery, it is recommended to wear anti-slip snow boots or ice claws.
