[Ishikawa] Kenrokuen Garden illuminated at night ✨ Beautiful Yukitsuri

A winter trip to Kanazawa.

I happened to know that Kenrokuen would be lit up that night, so I went there right before the night-time entrance time 😊

The weather was good that day, and there was still snow on the ground, so it was easy to take photos ☺️

I learned about yukitsuri for the first time. It is done to prevent the branches of trees from breaking when snow accumulates in winter.

The yukitsuri at Kenrokuen seems to be very famous, and a total of 500 gardeners hang them by hand over a month! ! ! ! I was moved.

The lighting was very beautiful 🥹

Of course, I think it's a beautiful view during the day, but the lighting up of the yukitsuri at night is fantastic, so if you have the time, please visit and see it ☺️
