Located in Karuizawa, this restaurant is a restaurant specializing in tempura and soba noodles, and it is a Japanese-style restaurant where you can feel the traditional Japanese eating habits.

At the door customers need to ring the bell for the staff inside to open the door 👩🏻‍🦰, then will ask you if you want a seated seat or a kneeling seat, so we chose a kneeling seat, the staff was very enthusiastic to help us put the shoes, then give us a menu.

So I ordered the tempura soba noodles, the tempura has eggplant, pumpkin, shrimp, etc., the fried flour will not be too thick, and not too oily, however it has not said to a very crispy taste, better than the fresh ingredients, the original taste of the ingredients are out!
The soba noodles will be eaten with soy sauce, the taste is normal and good😆

When I was about to finish eating, the staff would bring a pot of bean curd soup for us to pour into the remaining soy sauce just used to eat noodles, and then drink it as a soup, since the original soy sauce contains Wasabi, so drinking it is quite offensive😂

We also ordered a dessert, homemade green tea pudding, the tea flavor is quite strong ☕️

Overall, the service of this one restaurant is absolutely excellent, so we will charge +1 service charge, the taste of the food is good, and you can enjoy the custom of eating in traditional Japanese Japanese restaurants, we both ate 300 HKD do not need, absolutely affordable!
