Recently, I personally experienced Zhouzhuang's new night tour project—"Shuangqiao Theater · Double Hall Drama," which transforms traditional visits into immersive night tours through immersive live performances and dynamic light and shadow effects, offering a unique nighttime experience.

🎎 "Zhang Hall Wedding Joy"
An immersive restoration of water town wedding customs, from the matchmaker welcoming guests to the couple's wedding ceremony, taking visitors into the "night wedding" culture from a thousand years ago.
Skillfully blending light and shadow performances, it portrays the different feelings of a bride-to-be the night before her wedding with her parents. Particularly interesting is the interactive Chinese wedding at Yuyantang; if chosen by an NPC, you can even go on stage as the "groom," making the experience highly engaging!
From the back garden comes the Kunqu opera "The Peony Pavilion · Strolling in the Garden," with fluttering water sleeves and melodious singing. The opera actors' reflections in the water create a dreamlike scene, making you feel as if you are part of the opera.

💰 "The Arrival of the God of Wealth"
Recreates the style of Shen Wansan, a famous merchant. The addition of Persian merchants and dancers adds an exotic flair. There is also elegance in the boudoir, where Miss Shen and her maid perform scenes of tea parties and bookkeeping, showcasing talents like pipa playing and dancing.
Visitors can also toss coins into the treasure bowl in front of the bronze statue of Shen Wansan; if you hit the target, you will receive good luck.
The Wansan family banquet brings the entire performance to a climax, vividly telling the classic story of Wansan's pork knuckle. The NPCs' wealth-bringing dance is especially fun, and everyone dances along to the beat—I'm taking this wave of good fortune first!

⏰ Night tour time: From July 11th, every night 18:00-21:00, each double hall performance lasts about 35 minutes, performed in sequence, so you don’t have to worry about missing the shows.
