In my trip to Kyoto, Ginkaku-ji (officially known as Jisho-ji) left a deep impression on me. This 15th-century temple is renowned for its simple and elegant design, which stands in stark contrast to the opulence of Kinkaku-ji. Walking into the garden of Ginkaku-ji, surrounded by lush green trees and clear ponds, felt like stepping into a tranquil paradise.
I strolled around, admiring the exquisite stone garden and moss-covered paths, feeling a sense of calm. Sunlight filtered through the leaves, reflecting on the water's surface, bringing a sense of serenity. The temple's architecture, with its simple wooden structure and intricate details, caught my attention, making me appreciate the aesthetics of traditional Japanese architecture.
