Matsumoto, a small but lovely town

I've fallen in love with Matsumoto, a small town surrounded by nature and mountains, which makes it a pleasant place to visit all year round.

We left Tokyo and arrived in Matsumoto around dusk.

We quickly packed our bags at our accommodation and went out for a stroll around the city.

The evening atmosphere was wonderful, with beautiful lighting and a quiet atmosphere, and it wasn't crowded, making it easy to walk around. We walked from our accommodation to Nakamachi Street, a historic shopping street, and Nawate Street, a bustling area of ​​vintage shops, and then to Matsumoto Castle. We didn't enter the castle itself, as we had already passed the entrance time. We only wandered around the exterior, and it was absolutely beautiful. There's also the Matsumoto City Art Museum.

I was so impressed with this city.
