[Nagano] A castle town packed with sights

The castle town sprawls around Matsumoto Castle, a National Treasure. ✨
Matsumoto Castle, with its five-story, six-story castle tower, is Japan's oldest castle. 😊
You can climb the castle tower, but be careful as the stairs are quite steep. ☺️

The castle town has plenty to see, including Shihashira Shrine, dedicated to four gods, and the Clock Museum. 🥰

The approach to Shihashira Shrine is also home to a famous taiyaki shop, making it a must-try spot for snacking. 😊
