Urakami Cathedral in Nagasaki is the only Catholic cathedral in the world that was destroyed by an atomic bomb. It was rebuilt in 1959 and Pope John Paul II visited it in person in 1981. We went inside and felt a wave of pain. #Nagasaki #Kyushu #Catholic Church
