[Naha] Naha's popular Okinawa Soba Eibun

Eibun is a popular Okinawa soba restaurant in Naha.

The nearest station to the Yui Rail is Makishi Station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the station.

The feature of this restaurant is that you can choose your noodles and toppings, so you can choose the bowl that suits your taste.

This time, I ordered BUNBUN soba, which is the most popular.

I chose fresh noodles.

I also ordered egg-on-rice juushi.

BUNBUN soba is a luxurious bowl topped with three types of meat: sanmai pork, makanai pork, and honsoki. The soup is light but has a salty bonito base that is delicious, and it goes well with the fresh noodles (curly noodles) that I chose.

The egg-on-rice juushi is topped with makanai pork and eggs on top of the juushi, and is also very filling.
