The renovated City God Temple

Ningbo Prefecture City God Temple, this long-standing City God Temple, its predecessor was the City God Temple built in the second year of Liang Zhenming, and now it is the reconstruction of the remains of the relocation in the fourth year of Ming Hongwu. It is one of the largest and best-preserved prefecture-level City God Temples in China.

The eaves of the door of Ningbo Prefecture City God Temple adopt the "Ruyi bracket set", the arch is slanted at 45 degrees, and it is intertwined with the arch slanted next to it. The architectural specification form is a kind of central axis symmetrical multi-hall, "front hall and back bedroom" layout.

The temple buildings include the main hall, the smallpox god temple, the Huaitang temple, the old moon temple, the front stage, the Wenchang temple, the Cihang temple, the mother temple, the Jiazi temple, the twenty-four departments, the ten kings temple, and the god of wealth temple.

Ningbo City God Temple, the main hall worships the Lord Ji Xin of the City God. As the saying goes, a City God Temple, half of Ningbo's history.
