After seeing colorful photos shared by netizens on a platform 🤩🤩, describing this place as having a beautiful garden reminiscent of "Monet's Garden," I decided to take a taxi from the Bund. It took about 30 minutes to reach the park's west gate.
At the entrance, I asked the staff where to go to see flowers, but she replied, "There are no flowers left." My heart sank a little, but since the taxi ride cost over 30 yuan and the park entrance was free, I decided to explore inside anyway.
To my surprise, the park felt like a European forest, with vast woodlands and lakes scattered everywhere. Strolling through the forest, I admired the reflection of the blue sky and white clouds in the lakes and followed the movements of little squirrels in the trees—it was truly relaxing.
Although there weren't large flower beds, you could still find colorful blooms in different corners, all equally beautiful.
If you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, you can plan a half-day trip here.
A tip for you:
There are lots of mosquitoes, so be sure to use insect repellent.
