Yesterday, I experienced the joy of playing in the snow at Balagezong in Shangri-La! This is a place full of legendary colors.

🏔️The altitude difference of Balagezong is extremely large, including snow mountains, forests and canyons. Tourists must take a scenic bus from the entrance of the scenic spot in the valley at an altitude of 2200m+, and the winding mountain road goes straight to the Xiangbala Stupa at an altitude of 4200m+. The altitude of Zongge Snow Mountain in the scenic area is as high as 5500m+

💡Balagezong is called the 'ultimate secret place' of Shangri-La, it's not a gimmick. Decades ago, this place could not even be found on the map. The villagers in Bala Village had to walk for 4~5 days to get to the county town.

📌When it comes to Balagezong, we have to mention the 'CCTV Annual Charity Person' Sna Dingzhu, a villager from Bala Village. At the age of 10, he walked for 5 days to the county town due to an eye injury, and eventually delayed the treatment, but since then he has buried a dream of road construction. At the age of 13, he went out to work, and when he was nearly 40, he accumulated tens of millions of wealth. Then he spent 10 years and a total of 850 million to build a 58-kilometer asphalt road for Balagezong, and finally ended up in debt.

📌Ordinary tourists can go to Bala Village and Xiangbala Stupa in Balagezong. The former can understand the humanities, and the latter is a beautiful natural scenery. Tourists with certain outdoor foundations can also contact the scenic area to explore higher altitudes.
⚠️The altitude of the scenic area is high and the ultraviolet rays are strong, so sun protection is essential. In winter, you must bring sunglasses to prevent snow blindness in a short time.
