Songzanlin Temple, a Lama Temple on the Shangri-La Plateau
From the parking lot, you need to buy entrance tickets and a bus ticket. It's a short ride to Songzanlin Temple.

The temple can be seen from afar because of its striking golden-yellow roof. The temple is situated on a high elevation.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and there are many tourists. Photography is prohibited inside the temple, but you can take photos outside. When you climb the stairs, we recommend walking around to the left first.

The architecture inside each building is beautiful, unique, and colorful. You can also hear chanting at intervals.

The view from the top, looking down, feels like you're at a very high altitude. I never thought I'd experience such heights before.

Overall, I was very impressed with my visit to Songzanlin Temple.
