Shaoxing｜I checked out the Kapok Hotel for you

Here’s the conclusion: it’s worth experiencing.

The first show after China Resources Kapok Hotel partnered with Hyatt Centric (UBC) 1️⃣
Unexpectedly, Shaoxing launched it first (officially opened on 5.30)

The design was created by Ju Bin and the Horizontal Line team, who are responsible for Zhuhai Alila, Yangshuo Sugar House, and Xitang Liangrang

The hotel was formerly the 871 Chip Factory, retaining the original steel frame of the factory, including the outdoor water corridor

Advantages ✅

📍Located in Shaoxing Tiandi (with lots of great food), about a kilometer walk to Fushan, and you can continue to visit attractions like Cangqiao Straight Street and Lu Xun’s Former Residence

Huge art collection, with more than 50 pieces in the public areas alone, all centered around the theme of "ruins reborn." Combined with the hotel’s gallery-style design, you can fully immerse yourself in appreciating the artwork

Disadvantages I don’t know yet, maybe the price isn’t cheap, but… that’s not really a disadvantage.
