Located on the second floor of the Taicang Museum, the Taicang Historical and Cultural Exhibition condenses thousands of years of Taicang's history and culture into three galleries: 'Cang', 'Gang', and 'Wen'. The 'Wen' gallery presents the prosperous development of Taicang's culture from four aspects: the land of outstanding people, diverse schools of thought, fragrant art gardens, and the gardens of Loudong. It showcases Taicang's elite celebrities, calligraphy and painting schools, Jiangnan-style residences, and introduces famous historical gardens such as Yanshan Garden and Nanyuan Garden.
