Located next to Oji Station in Tokyo's Kita Ward, Asukayama Park is a small hill. There is an inclined elevator at the entrance near the Sakura Tram Station, but it seems to run about every 10 minutes. If you don't have the patience to wait, you can walk up.
Asukayama Park has some maple trees, but many are still green. On the other hand, some other trees have turned yellow/red.
Additionally, the park has a few rare October cherry blossoms (about 2-3 trees), but the flowers are not as impressive as the cherry blossoms in spring.
Transportation: 5-10 minute walk from JR or Tokyo Metro Namboku Line Oji Station.
