📍I recently had the chance to visit the magnificent Pha That Luang in the capital city of Vientiane, Laos. This impressive gold-covered stupa is the national symbol of Laos and a must-see for any traveler!

Pha That Luang dates back to the 16th century and is believed to house a relic of the Buddha. The current structure was rebuilt in the 1930s after earlier incarnations were damaged over the centuries.

The stupa is open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. Admission is 20,000 Lao Kip (around $2 USD). Be sure to admire the stunning architecture and gilded spires - it's an unforgettable sight!
