Phra Chao Pan Tao | Phra Chao Tan Jai | Wat Pan Tao | Chiang Mai

The highlight of this temple is the most beautiful and complete viharn. The building is made entirely of teak wood in the Chiang Saen style, with beautiful carvings. Inside the Viharn Ho Kham Luang is the principal Buddha image of Phra Chao Pan Tao, a Lanna-style Buddha image, which is the principal Buddha image in the viharn.

How to get there
Car: It is located near Si Yaek Klang Wiang. Just turn left from Wat Chedi Luang for 50 meters and you will see Wat Pan Tao on the left.
Bus: Take a red songthaew that provides services around the city. The fare is approximately 20-30 baht per person.
Or take the RTC Bus, route R3 (Chiang Mai loop route), which costs 20 baht per person. Get off at the Three Kings Monument and walk back down for about 300 meters.
