Wat Huay Pla Kang

Wat Huay Pla Kang in Chiang Rai is renowned for its distinctive features, including the Phra Chao Tham Chedi, a large white statue of Guan Yin, and a beautiful white temple adorned with intricate stucco designs. Located in Rim Kok Subdistrict, it was originally a hermitage established in 2001 by the faith community of Wat Huay Pla Kang. Later, the National Office of Buddhism officially recognized it as a temple named 'Wat Huay Pla Kang'.
