The ginkgo in Juren Building, a Chinese-style photo shooting spot in Chongqing, has turned yellow

A 300-year-old ginkgo tree in the main city of Chongqing has finally turned yellow.

The Chen Family Courtyard was named and built by Chen Gengyu, the son of Chen Jiebai, a successful candidate in the imperial examinations in the late Qing Dynasty, in memory of his father's integrity in office.
This place has once been a school and a hospital. The Beibei District Culture and Broadcasting Bureau has restored and transformed the building into a Bayu Folk Culture Museum.

▪️No reservation is needed and no ticket is required.
▪️There is a parking lot at the entrance of Juren Building.
▪️The nearby shops are quite far away, so bring your own food and water for the visit.
▪️The place is not big, it is not recommended to come specifically for sightseeing. If you want to take photos, there are also plane trees nearby which are very photogenic.
▪️There are more people on weekends, it is recommended to come on weekdays.
