A day spent exploring the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, Vietnam
A city with something interesting to photograph around every corner, from the iconic train street to a woman with a shop full of silver kitchenware
Now I’ve only been here for a day so I’m not going to write a full travel guide (because that would be stupid), but here are some recommendations based on how we spent our day:
Ag Hanoi Train Street – We actually visited on a food tour and I really believe that food tours are the best way to experience a new culture and we try to book one almost everywhere we go. The perk of going on a little tour meant we got amazing seats where we could watch the trains go by while sipping on a delicious egg coffee.
Giao Mua – Speaking of coffee, this charming cafe might just be the most beautiful in all of Hanoi and will make you feel like you’re in a hobbit house spread out over several floors in the middle of the city.
Temple of Literature - Home to Vietnam's first national university many years ago, this place has really lovely architecture and it's lovely to see all the students still visiting to wish them luck in their exams.
