🇯🇵【Himeji Castle】 World Heritage Site🌎

🏖️Overview:
Himeji Castle is a historically valuable building🏛️ that was built in the early Edo period in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, and its castle tower and turrets are designated as national treasures and important cultural properties. It has been selected as one of the 100 Great Castles of Japan🏯, and was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1993. It is also known by the nickname White Heron Castle.

💞Reasons why we recommend it:
The sight of the shining white castle tower gradually coming into view from Himeji Station🚉 is so elegant that it takes your breath away. Since we came all the way to a World Heritage Site🌎, we requested a tourist guide (paid). We were guided around the castle and enjoyed the fun😃explanation of the history and mysteries of Himeji Castle, the measures taken to protect it from enemies, and more. If you would like a tourist guide💁, please apply at the reception desk next to the admission ticket sales window. You can learn about the castle in a fun way.
