Tsim Sha Tsui|High-quality Singaporean and Malaysian Cuisine. Auntie Malay.

A mid-range Singaporean and Malaysian restaurant in Harbour City, featuring large glass windows with a sea view towards West Kowloon. The restaurant is decorated in a pink jungle style, making it a great spot for ladies to chat!

🍢 Malay Satay (3 skewers) $58
You can choose between pork or chicken; this time, we opted for pork. The meat is well-marinated with spices and pairs well with the tangy and spicy sauce.

🐥 Lemongrass and Palm Sugar Grilled Chicken Wing (1 piece) $22
The chicken skin is grilled to a crispy perfection, and the meat is tender. Using palm sugar instead of regular sugar makes it a healthier choice.

🦑 Steamed Whole Stuffed Squid with Spicy Lime Sauce $188
This dish is quite unique, with the squid stuffed with pork and shrimp. The squid is tender and easy to bite into! The whole squid is sliced and beautifully plated. The tangy and spicy lime sauce is very appetizing!

🍲 Singaporean Pepper Bak Kut Teh $158
A must-try in Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine. The dish includes about 7-8 pieces of pork ribs, though some pieces are a bit tough. The flavor is decent, with a strong peppery taste, and it also includes bean curd sticks, tofu puffs, and radish.

🐓 Hainanese Chicken Rice (Regular) $98
The chicken and skin are tender and smooth. Initially, I thought it might lack flavor, but it surprisingly has a fragrant fried garlic soy sauce taste. The chicken is low in fat and pairs well with a bit of chili sauce or ginger paste. However, the sweet soy sauce in the middle doesn't complement it as well. The soup is a pleasant surprise, made with coconut and even includes coconut meat!

🍞 Pandan Kaya Toast $48
The presentation is appealing, with a strong pandan flavor. The thin slice of butter adds extra aroma, and the toast is incredibly crispy, making you want to order more!

🧋 Thai Milk Tea $35
Both cups are from the ChaTraMue Collection, brewed with their tea leaves. The milk tea is quite authentic and less sweet, catering to Hong Kong tastes.

🍹 Fresh Pineapple Thai Iced Tea $38
This drink is unique and rare, with pineapple chunks in the iced tea, adding a fruity sweetness. The dried pineapple slice on the rim of the glass adds a touch of elegance.
