Shimane Prefecture Travel

First time in Shimane Prefecture
I planned this trip because I wanted to go to Izumo Taisha Shrine, but there were so many other attractive places that 3 nights just wasn't enough!
Trip with my daughter who is in elementary school.
We went to Izumo Taisha Shrine first thing in the morning. We rented bicycles and went to Inasa Beach and Shimane Winery. Izumo soba is the best! We also had zenzai.
In Matsue, we stayed at Shinjiko Onsen and went up to Matsue Castle. The cherry blossoms were beautiful. We also went to Vogel Park and were very satisfied.
We just didn't have enough time.
Finally, we went to Tamatsukuri Onsen! It's a small hot spring town, but it's famous for its hot springs that are good for your skin. It's a shame that we didn't have much time to stay there.
It's far from Tokyo, but we were able to ride the Yakumo, and in Shimane we bought a 2-day free pass so we could use various means of transportation freely.
We'll definitely go again. Recommended. It was a wonderful spring break that made me feel like I was traveling for the first time in a while.
