Kifune Shrine: A great place to take photos on social media

I went to Kifune Shrine during the illumination period!
It's a 35-minute walk from Kifuneguchi Station to Kifune Shrine, but there are special buses available during the illumination period, making it easy to get there.
I got off a little before Kifune Shrine, so I was able to leisurely enjoy the autumn leaves in the ryokan district.
The most photogenic spot at Kifune Shrine is the Kasuga lanterns lined up on both sides of the stone steps!
They're charming and beautiful, but there's always a sense of people around.
It was the peak of the autumn foliage season🍁,
so the colors were beautiful, and when illuminated by the lights, they were even more vibrant.
I was surprised by the number of people, but it was definitely worth it.
With so many people on a weekday, I guess I'll have to be prepared on weekends...
This time, I've carefully selected the shrines⛩ to visit, so I'm thinking about visiting Kiyomizu-dera and Tenryu-ji next year.
