Hotel with a great view on the hill

I stayed here twice this year.

It seems that the Marriott was rebranded to the Oriental, but I thought the atmosphere was just right, so I would have thought it was an Oriental Hotel from the beginning.

The room was spacious and had a balcony with a pool and ocean view.

It was on the west coast, so I could see the sunset.

There was a glass-walled, inner terrace-like sofa, so I could relax while drinking a beer and looking at the view.

The washroom was spacious, and the bathtub and shower room were separate, so it was easy to use.

There were only the bare minimum of amenities in the room, and you could get anything else you needed at a booth-like place on the lobby floor.

I really liked the soap and hair oil.

I went to the buffet in the building and the Okinawan restaurant for meals, and both were delicious.

I liked the fresh orange juice at breakfast.

The staff were also very friendly.

They also provided a shuttle to Kariyushi Beach, which was very helpful.

There seems to be a car sharing rental service, but you can get there from Naha Airport by shuttle bus, and you can also get to Churaumi by bus, so you can enjoy it without renting a car.
