The Anping Tree House with Banyan Trees

Located in Anping, which can be reached by taking Bus No. 2 from the center of Tainan. Admission is 70 NTD. This site is an old warehouse abandoned before the Japanese colonial era, where banyan trees have gradually invaded and transformed the structure over many years. Visitors can enjoy the view from various angles, including climbing stairs to observe from above. The place exudes a mysterious yet slightly eerie atmosphere.

Within the premises, you can also visit the Tait & Co. Merchant House (Taiwan Development History Wax Museum). This building, established in 1867 by British traders, showcases exhibits related to Anping's trade history. There is also a play area for children.
