Fuhang Soy Milk

This is a very popular long-established restaurant in Taipei!

I arrived at the restaurant a little after 7am on a Saturday morning, but there was already a line and I ended up standing in line for about an hour.

I had fried bread, egg sandwiched between bread and congee with a strong broth flavor. The warm soy milk is slightly sweet and delicious. The mild flavor was perfect for breakfast.

It's worth waiting in line. Make sure you have plenty of time to get in line!
