Visit the old capital, Wat Thammarat

🛕🛕 Today we are still traveling in the ancient city of Ayutthaya. The next temple after visiting the Wat Ratchaburana crypt, we can ride a bicycle to Wat Thammarat.
🕯️🕯️ Wat Thammarat, formerly known as Wat Mukharat, is different from other temples because we will see real monks. It is said that a large bronze Buddha head was found at this temple. It is currently kept at the National Museum.
🛕🛕 Here we will find ancient sites such as round pagodas surrounded by lion statues, which are rarely seen because we mostly see elephant statues. In addition, there is also a white Buddha statue and an old temple for you to walk around and see. Next to it is a large Bodhi tree that provides shade for you to sit and rest.
